Calcium 320 EP2

Multifunctional grease with a smooth texture based on a high viscosity mineral base oil and anhydrous calcium thickener for industrial and marine applications at moderate temperatures under conditions of strong specific loads. It has good water-repellent properties. Lubricants of this series contain a highly effective additive complex, which increase their performance characteristics. The recipe Calcium 320 uses innovative technology SM-ART, which creates an effect of smoothing small defects in the working surfaces and soft running-in of friction units during lubrication.

Operational properties

Calcium 320 grease is operable in the temperature range from -10 to 60 ° C, for a short time up to 80 ° C. It has good pumpability, protects lubricated surfaces from corrosion. The products of the Calcium 320 series retain their functional properties even when working in constant contact with water.

Application

Plain and rolling bearings in high humidity and in the presence of water. Cranes, davits, winch, hoist ropes, open gears, deck and shore equipment. Calcium 320 EP1 grease is recommended for central lubrication systems.

Environment

ARGO products under normal conditions of use and observance of personal hygiene rules do not pose a health hazard. The product is not flammable and non-toxic. Maximum preservation of performance is achieved when stored in a cool place in a tightly closed container. Avoid contamination of the environment, do not dispose of the product in sewerage or sewage. For disposal of used lubricants, consult certified organizations in the field.
