Primer cured Doros-Pro for sealants and mastics

A two-component, low-viscosity epoxy curing primer . Provides insight into the micropores of the material, thereby achieving high adhesion to both concrete or metal surface and to the freshly applied layer of the polymer-bitumen mastic. Used to prepare the surface for the application of bitumen-polymer mastics and sealants, especially if you have to work on moist and oily surfaces.

Recommendations for use

Treated surface free of dirt, loose rust layers. Primer mix with hardener in the ratio 1:20 with a brush, roller or spray applied to the primer treated surface. After drying for 0.5-1 hours on the treated surface, apply a layer of mastic.

Packaging — a jar of 45 kg and drums of 200 kg. Hardener in plastic containers of 2.5 and 11 kg.

Before applying the primer is mixed with the hardener. Mixed with the hardener composition is not stored for more than 1 day.

Consumption of primer 0,2 kg / m2.
