Lubricant coolants «Rosoil-503» is intended for use on the most loaded operations of blades and abrasive processing of steels and non-ferrous metals, as well as in metal processing operations. «Rosoil-503» was created taking into account the experience of industrial operation of the emulsion «Rosoil-500» and oil coolants developed in the Kharkov Heat and Power Engineering Center, and is a universal coolant that can be used both as a concentrate (without dilution with water) and in the form of water emulsions. Concentrate «Rosoil-503» when used as an oil coolant surpasses in efficiency many of the best domestic and foreign analogues in the most heavily loaded operations of cold volumetric stamping. Emulsions based on «Rosoil-503» also have unique extreme pressure and antifriction properties and replace industrial oils with a number of standard operations.

It is used in operations of cold disembarkation and extrusion of internal threads in the form of a concentrate (without dilution with water). As water emulsions, «Rosoil-503» was tested on drilling and thread cutting operations instead of used industrial oils and oil for cold landing «PS-1». In the process of work, it was recorded an increase in tool life by 20%, improved sanitary and hygienic working conditions, and improved surface quality of products.
