Operational properties
TermoLit-3000 HDS is effective in the temperature range from -20 ° C to + 180 ° C. Short-term withstands heating up to 200 ° C. This product has a high mechanical stability, is resistant to water, provides a reliable protection of the mechanisms against corrosion. TermoLit-3000 HDS has special anti-seize properties, which provide excellent protection of bearings under high specific pressures.
Application
TermoLit-3000 HDS is used to ensure trouble-free operation of large-dimension, high-loaded, low-speed rolling bearings. It is especially important to use in bearings operating at high temperatures. The product is successfully used in steelmaking and rolling equipment, as well as in equipment for the production of cement and refractories.
TermoLit-3000 HDS with consistency EP0 and EP1 is recommended for use in centralized lubrication systems of industrial equipment.
Environment
ARGO products under normal conditions of use and observance of personal hygiene rules do not pose a health hazard. The product is not flammable and non-toxic. Maximum preservation of performance is achieved when stored in a cool place in a tightly closed container. Avoid contamination of the environment, do not dispose of the product in sewerage or sewage.
