Castrol Thermogrease 2 and Thermogrease F
Description
Castrol Thermogrease 2 and Thermogrease F are black, fully synthetic, high-temperature greases for the lubrication of rolling and sliding bearings. These greases have extraordinarily high load carrying capacity due to solids.

Applications
Thermogrease 2
• Rolling and sliding bearings subjected to high pressures and temperatures.

• Bearings of heated calenders and drying cylinders.
• Bearings of baking ovens and kilns.
• Grease lubrication of flat and bottle glass machines.
Thermogrease F
• Especially for the relubrication of bearings which were initially filled with Thermogrease 2 to remove existing solid deposits.
Recommendations
• Please observe thespecifications of the bearing manufacturers.
• Thermogrease 2 and Thermogrease F are not to be mixed with other greases.
• Thoroughly clean the bearings beore introducing the initial fill.
• Fill bearing housing only about half full with grease.
• High temperatres are possible for short-term applications.
