ElitCa 220M
It is a high-quality multi-purpose semi-liquid plastic grease on the basis of high-viscosity mineral oil and lithium-calcium soap base. This grease contains a high-efficiency set of additives and dispersed molybdenum disulfide. An innovative SM-ART technology, which creates the drape effect of minor defects of operating surfaces and soft seating of friction units, is used in the ARGO ElitCa 220M grease formula.

Description
The ElitCa 220М grease is operable within the temperature ranges from ‑25 to 120°С. It is allowed to have a short-time heating to 130°С. It is distinguished with a high mechanical stability; it does not soften, does not leak out under the effect of constant vibration. The ElitCa 220М can be applied in bearings of low-speed mechanisms, bears the effect of impact loads, has high water resistance. The product ensures the reliable corrosion protection of metal surfaces to be greased.
The ElitCa 220М grease was designed to ensure the uninterruptible operation of bearings, hinges, saddle-hitch mechanisms and sliding guides of equipment, operating under impact loads, high humidity and dustiness. The operating features of ElitCa 220М allow its wide usage in friction units of transport, construction and mining machines, in equipment of wood-working, cement and metallurgical industry.
