Solvent P-4, butyl acetate or acetone in an amount not exceeding 20% of the enamel mass.

    Cleaning tools

    Solvent P-4, butyl acetate, acetone.

    Application

    Surface preparation:

Pre-priming of the metal surface with primers such as VL, XC, EP.

It is allowed to apply old, hard-wearing anticorrosion coatings of the type ХВ, ХС, cleaned from contamination.

On the wooden surface, the enamel is applied directly to 2-3 layers.

    Methods of application:

    Pneumatic, airless spray, brush.

    Application conditions:

Before use, make sure that the enamel is well mixed and uniform throughout the volume of the container.

If necessary, the enamel can be diluted to an operating viscosity of P-4, butyl acetate or acetone in an amount of no more than 20% by weight of the enamel before use.

The prepared enamel is applied to the surface of the protected material with a brush, roller, pneumatic or airless spray at an ambient temperature of minus 10 ° C to plus 35 ° C and a relative air humidity of not more than 80%.

To prevent condensation of moisture, the surface temperature should be above the dew point by at least 3 ° C.

After the enamel layer has dried (2 hours at 20 ° C), subsequent layers are applied.

For cleaning the tool, the solvents listed above can be used.

    Precautionary measures

Material is flammable! Do not work near open sources of fire.

Work should be carried out with good ventilation, rubber gloves, using personal protective equipment.

Do not allow to enter the respiratory and digestive organs. If the material gets into the skin, wash it with warm water and soap.

Store enamel indoors in tightly closed containers, excluding direct sunlight and moisture at the ambient air temperature from minus 40 ° C to 40 ° C.

    Storage

Guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
