Enamel KHS-76
It is used for the protection of metal structures and various equipment operating under the influence of acids, alkalis, corrosive gases and other chemically active substances, the temperature of which is not more than 60 ° C. KHS-76 is used in a complex coating. The most commonly used complex: primer KHS-010 or XS-059, enamel KHS-75U, lacquer KHS-76. Before treatment with this varnish, the surface is covered with a primer KHS-010 (or KHS-059, KHS-068). Application is made by pneumatic spraying without heating, and hard-to-reach places are blotted with a swab or brushed with a brush. Before applying, you need to make sure that the varnish has a uniform density. Lac KHS-76 is a one-pack material, in varnish there are copolymers of vinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride.

DILUENT
The diluent used is a solvent P-4 or P-4A.
SHELF LIFE
In unopened original packaging 12 months from the date of manufacture.
APPLICATION
Prior to application, the surface must be cleaned of dirt and dust, thoroughly mix the varnish to a homogeneous mass. If necessary, dilute the above solvent to the working viscosity. Lacquer KHS-76 is applied to pre-applied primer and enamel. KHS-76 is applied at a temperature from minus 10 ° C to 30 ° C by pneumatic spraying, it is allowed to apply by airless spraying without heating. To prevent condensation of moisture, the surface temperature must be above the dew point by at least 3 ° C. Interlayer drying when applying the coating system (primer-enamel lacquer) at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C is 1 hour. The complete drying of the complex coating at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° C is at least 5 days. After carrying out the work, the tools should be rinsed with the above solvents.
PRECAUTIONS
Flammable! Keep away from fire! Apply with good ventilation, using personal protective equipment. Avoid contact with skin and respiratory system.
Store indoors at a temperature from -40 ° C to 40 ° C. Protect from direct sunlight.
