TermoSint 100

The TermoSint 100 grease is operable within a wide range of temperatures from -40 to 180°C, during a short time to 200°C. High anti-oxidizing features and low evaporating capacity of basic oil PAO ensure the long-term service life in closed systems at high temperatures. The grease has good pumping ability, creates minimal starting and operating loads, contributes to power saving. Excellent parameters of mechanical stability allow the TermoSint 100 grease keeping its operating characteristics and consistence during the whole service life. The TermoSint 100 grease has good adhesion to metals, protects well surfaces to be lubricated against corrosion, keeps its functional features during operation with a contact with water.

The operating features of TermoSint 100 grease allow its application in a wide range of loads, speeds and temperatures as well as with water contact. The grease is recommended for application when a long service life is required at high temperatures, high humidity as well as when usual greases do not fulfill difficult operative tasks. The clearest example of TermoSint 100 application is the lubrication of bearings of medium-speed electric motors, fans and pumps, when usual mineral greases do not ensure the acceptable resource of bearings and period between maintenances. The product is also suitable to be applied in centralized systems of transport vehicles and industrial equipment.
