TermoSint 220
It is multifunctional fully synthetic plastic grease of a high quality on the basis of polyalphaolefin (PAO) basic oil of high viscosity and complex lithium base. Due to the unique combination of synthetic basic oil and complex lithium base as well as high-efficiency anti-corrosive, extreme pressure, anti-oxidizing and adhesive additives, the ARGO company personnel was successful in ensuring high operating characteristics of TermoSint 220 grease. An innovative SM-ART technology, which creates the drape effect of minor defects of operating surfaces and soft seating of friction units, is used in the ARGO TermoSint 220 grease formula.
Description
The TermoSint 220 grease is operable within a wide range of temperatures from -50 to 180°C, during a short time to 200°C. High anti-oxidizing features and low evaporating capacity of basic oil PAO ensure the long-term service life in closed systems at high temperatures. The grease has good pumping ability, creates minimal starting and operating loads, contributes to power saving. Excellent parameters of mechanical stability allow the TermoSint 100 grease keeping its operating characteristics and consistence during the whole service life. The TermoSint 220 series grease has good adhesion to metals, protects well surfaces to be lubricated against corrosion, keeps its functional features during operation with a contact with water.
The operating features of TermoSint 220 grease allow its application at high loads, in maximally wide range of temperatures as well as with water contact. The grease is recommended for application when a long service life is required in closed systems as well as when usual greases do not fulfill difficult operative tasks. The TermoSint 220 ЕР2 is intended to substitute traditional universal blue automobile greases on the mineral base in high-loaded bearings of wheel hubs of transport vehicles in conditions of cold and arctic climate. The TermoSint 220 ЕР1, due to its excellent pumping ability at low temperatures, is recommended to be applied in centralized systems of transport vehicles and industrial equipment.
