TermoSint 460

Multifunctional synthetic plastic grease of high quality based on polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil of high viscosity and complex lithium thickener. Due to the unique combination of the properties of the synthetic base oil and the thickener on the lithium complex, as well as the highly effective anti-corrosion, extreme pressure and antioxidant additives, ARGO specialists have been able to provide the highest performance characteristics of TermoSint 460 grease. The formulation of TermoSint 460 uses the innovative SM-ART technology, defects in the working surfaces and soft running-in of the friction units during lubrication operation.

Operational properties

TermoSint 460 greases are effective in a wide temperature range from -50 to 180 ° C, for a short time up to 200 ° C. High viscosity synthetic base oil provides a stable protective oil film on the working surfaces at critical loads and temperatures. Excellent antioxidant properties and low volatility of the polyalphaolefin base oil provide a long service life at elevated temperatures in closed systems. It has excellent pumpability, creates minimum starting and working loads, promotes energy saving. Excellent mechanical stability allows the lubricant to maintain its performance and consistency throughout the entire service life. TermoSint 460 has good adhesion to metals, protects lubricated surfaces against corrosion, retains its functional properties when working in contact with water.

Application

Lubricant is recommended for use in central lubrication systems for heavy-duty low- and medium-speed bearings of steel, rolling and pressing equipment. It is also important to use in the bearings of various equipment for pulp and paper industries, which is operated in conditions of high humidity and high temperatures. TermoSint 460 is particularly recommended in cases where conventional lubricants do not perform complex operational tasks, and a long service interval is required.

Environment

ARGO products under normal conditions of use and observance of personal hygiene rules do not pose a health hazard. The product is not flammable and non-toxic. Maximum preservation of performance is achieved when stored in a cool place in a tightly closed container. Avoid contamination of the environment, do not dispose of the product in sewerage or sewage. For disposal of used lubricants, consult certified organizations in the field.
