Description

OPTISIL™ OI SPRAY — transparent, physiologically safe synthetic spray oil on a silicone base with excellent lubricating and separating properties with non-metallic materials OPTISIL OI SPRAY has been designed as lubricant for plastic/plastic or plastic/metal combinations. OPTISIL OI SPRAY is thermally stable, guarantees low coefficients of friction and prevents the adhesion and baking of plastics and metal foils.

Application

• OPTISIL OI SPRAY for the application as a lubricating and separating agent in the paper, textile and plastics industries as well as in the food and beverage industries.

• OPTISIL OI SPRAY as anti-seize agent for heat sealing blocks, foil wrapping machines and package chutes. Separating agent for plastics (injection moulding, moulding and forming). Maintenance of plastics with UV protection and antistatic effect.
