Description

The Elit-M grease ensures the reliable protection of parts to be lubricated against corrosion and premature failure. The grease material has the excellent adhesion to any metal surfaces and high mechanical stability irrespective of the intensity of load effect. The Elit-M has good water resistance and gave a good account during operation in dusty conditions.

It is a specialized plastic grease with high operating features for mechanisms, operating in heavy conditions (high specific loads, contact with water, dustiness, vibration and impact loads). The Elit-М is produced on the basis of medium-viscosity basic mineral oil and lithium-calcium soap base. These series greases contain molybdenum disulfide, corrosion inhibitors, extreme pressure and other additives in its content. An innovative SM-ART technology, which creates the drape effect of minor defects of operating surfaces and soft seating of friction units, is used in the Elit-М grease formula.

The Elit-M is used for lubricating sliding guides, low-speed high-loaded bearings of metallurgical, mining and concentrating equipment, transport vehicles, construction and special machines. It perfectly suits for open heavy-loaded gears, different friction units, subject to impact loads.

This grease gave a good account when used in hinges of equal angular speeds of cars, spline couplings of cardan shafts, pin, pivot and ball-hinge joints as well as bolsters of trucks and special vehicles.

The Elit-M EP0 and ЕР1 can be used in the centralized lubrication systems.

Environment protection and safety

The maximum conservation of operational qualities is achieved during storage in a cool premise in a hermetic packing.
