Description
The ElitCa 1000MG EP2 grease is operable within the temperature ranges from ‑10°C to +120°C. It is distinguished with a high mechanical stability, including under the effect of vibration. Due to the combination of high-viscosity basic oil with high content of molybdenum disulfide and graphite, the ElitCa 1000MG EP2 has perfect wear and tear protection under the effect of ultra-high mechanical loads, including impact ones. It has high water resistance and good adhesion to operating surfaces, ensures the reliable corrosion protection of metal surfaces to be greased.
The ElitCa 1000MG EP2 grease was designed for lubricating big rolling bearings, operating under extremely high mechanical loads and high humidity. The operating features of ElitCa 1000MG EP2 allow its wide usage in such equipment of mining, cement and metallurgical industry as:
- supports of rotary drums,
- support rollers of rotary furnaces and dryers,
- rotary excavators,
- large-size rotary supports,
- heavy-duty roller mills,
- crushers.
