ElitCa 1000MG
High-quality multi-purpose grease based on mineral oil of high viscosity and lithium-calcium soap thickener. Contains an increased amount of molybdenum disulfide and graphite, as well as a highly effective additive complex. The recipe ElitCa 1000MG EP2 uses innovative technology SM-ART, which creates an effect of smoothing out minor defects in the working surfaces and soft running-in of friction units during lubrication.

Operational properties
Lubrication ElitCa 1000MG EP2 is operable in the temperature range from -10 ° C to + 120 ° C. It is characterized by increased mechanical stability, including when subjected to vibration. Due to the combination of a high viscosity base oil with increased molybdenum and graphite disulphide content, the ElitCa 1000MG EP2 has excellent wear protection in ultrahigh mechanical loads, including shock loads. Has high water resistance and good adhesion to the working surfaces, provides reliable protection of lubricated metal surfaces against corrosion.
Application
Lubrication ElitCa 1000MG EP2 is designed for lubrication of low-speed large-sized rolling bearings operating under extremely high mechanical loads and high humidity. The operational properties of the ElitCa 1000MG EP2 allow it to be used in such equipment of the mining, cement and metallurgical industries as:
- supports of rotating drums,
- Support rollers for rotary kilns and dryers,
- rotary excavators,
- large-sized supporting-rotary devices,
- heavy-loaded roller mills,
- crushers.
Environment
ARGO products under normal conditions of use and observance of personal hygiene rules do not pose a health hazard. The product is not flammable and non-toxic. Maximum preservation of performance is achieved when stored in a cool place in a tightly closed container. Avoid contamination of the environment, do not dispose of the product in sewerage or sewage.
