ElitSint 25
Special high quality plastic lubricant based on synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) low viscosity base oil and lithium soap thickener. The structure of ElitSint 25 includes a highly effective multifunctional additive package. The formulation of the lubricant uses innovative technology SM-ART, which creates an effect of smoothing out minor defects in the working surfaces and soft running-in of the friction units during the operation of the ARGO ElitSint 25 lubricant.
Operating temperature from -60ºС to + 130ºС
Operational properties
High antioxidant properties and low volatility of synthetic PAO oil provide lubrication to ElitSint 25 for a long service life in closed systems. Excellent mechanical stability properties allow the lubricant to maintain its performance and consistency throughout the entire service life. ElitSint 25 has excellent low-temperature properties, which allows to significantly reduce start-up and workloads at operating temperatures up to -50 ° C. The maximum temperature at which the lubricant fully retains its properties + 130 ° C.
Application
Lubrication ElitSint 25 is ideal for lubricating spindle components of machine tools, bearings of high-speed electric motors and other equipment operating at high speed in various load modes. Due to its excellent pumpability, the lubricant can be used in centralized lubrication systems for mobile equipment and equipment in cold climates. ElitSint 25 is used in cases where mineral oil based lubricants do not cope with operational tasks, and also if the service interval needs to be extended.
Environment
ARGO products under normal conditions of use and observance of personal hygiene rules do not pose a health hazard. The product is not flammable and non-toxic. Maximum preservation of performance is achieved when stored in a cool place in a tightly closed container. Avoid contamination of the environment, do not dispose of the product in sewerage or sewage.
