Enamel KHS-500

Composition KHS-500 is a two-component system consisting of a semi-finished product and a hardener number 3 or hardener number 5.
The semi-finished product is a suspension of pigments in a solution of a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer in a mixture of organic solvents with the addition of an epoxy resin, a plasticizer and a corrosion inhibitor.
Composition HS-500 is designed to protect against corrosion of the external surfaces of equipment, metal and reinforced concrete structures, pipelines in the industrial atmosphere of chemical production.

Mode of application:

Before application to the semi-finished product of the composition, hardener No. 3 or No. 5 is added in accordance with the weight: for 100 parts of the semi-finished product -2.8 parts of Hardener No. 3 or 2.6 parts of Hardener No. 5.
The composition of XC-500 is diluted to working viscosity with solvent P-4, acetone, toluene.
Composition of XC-500 is applied by pneumatic spraying or brushing.
The drying time of the composition of HS-500 to degree 1 at a temperature of (20 + 2) C is not more than 1.5 hours.
The composition of the XC-500 is stored in tightly closed containers, protected from sunlight.
The warranty shelf life of the composition is 12 months from the date of manufacture.

Use rubber gloves to protect hands.
Keep away from fire.
