Enamel KHS-759

PURPOSE:

Enamel KHS-759 is designed for obtaining chemically resistant paint and varnish to protect the surface from corrosive media of alkaline and acidic nature.

APPLICATION:

Enamel KHS-759 is used for painting the outer surfaces of railway freight cars and cisterns, equipment, metal and reinforced concrete structures exposed to solutions of mineral acids, alkalis, salts, corrosive gases, and other chemical reagents with a temperature of no higher than 60 ° C, conditions of different climatic regions, as well as indoors.

APPLICATION:

Enamel KHS-759 is applied to the surface by pneumatic spraying in two layers. Before use, in the enamel KHS-759 lead hardener number 5 or hardener number 3 by weight of 2.8% and 3.0% respectively.

CONSUMPTION:

Consumption of enamel KHS-759 when applied in one layer is 50-90 grams per square meter, depending on the color of the enamel.

DRYING MODE OF EACH LAYER:

Drying of one layer, at a temperature of 18-20 ° C, is 1 hour; The final drying before operation is 24 hours at a temperature of 18-22 ° C.

DILUENT:

The solvent is P-4 solvent or P-4A solvent.

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:

Store in a dry dark place. Shelf life — 12 months from the date of manufacture.
