Enamel KO-198 is a one-packing material. Enamel KO-198 is used for corrosion protection of metal surfaces, which are operated under the influence of acids (sulfuric, nitric, hydrochloric), sea water, ground and mineralized waters, open atmosphere. Enamel KO-198 can be used for painting foundations. The coating based on enamel KO-198 is resistant to ultraviolet rays, moisture resistance, frost resistance and heat resistance from -60 ° to + 300 °.

Application
Surface before application degrease, clean from dirt and dust, rust and scale, the remains of the old paint to the degree of St3 or Sa2. Enamel KO-198 thoroughly mix before homogenous mass, if necessary dilute with xylene or toluene to working viscosity. KO-198 enamel is applied at a temperature from minus 30 ° C to plus 40 ° C by pneumatic or airless spraying in two cross-sections. When applying enamel KO-198 at low temperatures, the temperature of the surface to be painted should be 3 ° C above the dew point, if necessary, blow out with warm air. The coating acquires its physico-chemical properties on the 7th day.
Shelf life
The shelf life in unopened original packaging is 12 months from the date of manufacture.
