Lacquer KO-810 is used:

in the production of heat-resistant plastics, antifriction graphite plastics materials;
in the production of fiberglass on a resole phenol-formaldehyde resin;
in the production of electrical insulating epoxy polyester impregnated varnishes;
for curing epoxy resins;
for the modification of paintwork materials.

LACQUER FEATURES Lacquer KO-810:

low-hazard substance (hazard class 4);
MPC of toluene vapors in the air of the working area — 150/50 mg / m3;
MPC of butanol vapor in the air of the working area — 10 mg / m3;
fire hazardous substance.

SPECIFICATIONS:

Appearance of varnish :  homogeneous solution from light yellow to brown without mechanical impurities. Clouding is permissible.

Mass fraction of nonvolatile substances,%: 35-50

Mass fraction of sulfate ion: absent

Gel time at temp. 200 оС, min, not more than: 2

Mass fraction of sodium hydroxide,%, not more than: 0.05

Mass fraction of silicon in the varnish, dried at a temp. 180 оС,%: 18-23

The atomic ratio of silicon to aluminum: 3-6

WARRANTY PERIOD OF STORAGE:

6 months from the date of production.
