Enamel KO-811 is a suspension of pigments in a solution of silicone lacquer.

These enamels form a uniform coating without any inclusions.

Characteristics of enamel KO-811

The nominal viscosity of the enamel is 12-20 s according to the viscosimeter type ВЗ-246 or ВЗ-4 with a nozzle diameter of 4 mm, at a temperature of 20 ± 0.5 ° C.
The mass fraction of non-volatile substances of red enamel is 30-35%, green and black 39-45%.
Drying time at a temperature of 200 ± 2 ° C is not more than two hours.
The elasticity of the enamel film KO-811 under bending is no more than 3 mm.
The hardness of the film is not less than 0.5 cu. on the device type M-3.
The thermal stability of the coating is not less than 5 hours at a temperature of 440 ± 10 ° C.
The film is resistant to static action of water at 20 ± 0.5 ° C for at least 24 hours.
Resistance of enamel coating KO-811 to gasoline at a temperature of 20 ± 2 ° C for at least two hours.
