КО-916
Lacquer KO-916 is used for varnishing of electrical steel, making wires with fiberglass insulation, for coating printed circuits, for impregnating and smearing windings of electrical machines and apparatuses of tropical and oil resistant design.

high impregnation ability, which is due to the minimum viscosity, low surface tension;
quick drying of the CO-916 lacquer film;
high adhesion to the metal surface;
Well cement separate windings and layers of winding and insulation;
forms a glossy, hard, strong film;
has a high thermal conductivity;
does not have a harmful effect on copper and insulation of enamel wires;
has high water resistance, water resistance and hydrophobicity;
thermoelastic properties are retained by prolonged heating of insulation during operation of electrical machines;
high dielectric characteristics and corona resistance vary slightly under the influence of high temperature and moisture;
has high heat resistance (class H and above);
film of lacquer KO-916 has dielectric properties;
has an adhesive ability;
high dielectric characteristics and corona resistance practically do not change under the influence of high temperature and moisture.
Appearance
Silicone-organic varnish КО-916 is a homogeneous transparent solution without mechanical inclusions.
The shade is not standardized. Opalescence is allowed.
Storage
KO-916 should be stored in a sealed original packaging in a warehouse.
Guaranteed shelf life of the varnish is 6 months from the production date.
