Sikkativ №64B vvodyat v lak KO-991-4 pri tshchatel’nom peremeshivanii za 12 chasov do upotrebleniya iz rascheta 6% osnovy sikkativa k osnove laka.
Sikkativy ZHK-1 ili ZHK-12 vvodyat v lak KO-991-4 pri tshchatel’nom peremeshivanii neposredstvenno pered upotrebleniyem iz rascheta 5,2 g sikkativa ZHK-1 na 100 g laka ili 2.6 g sikkativa ZHK-12 na 100 g laka. Dopuskayetsya umen’shat’ kolichestvo sikkativa ZHK-1 do 50% dlya uluchsheniya adgezii k podlozhke.

Srok khraneniya 12 mesyatsev

It is a solution of silicone resin in organic solvents.
CO-991-4 is applied with a dessicant №64B TU 6-10-1351-73, or dessicant LCD TU 6-10-1641-77 1, or with a dessicant LCD 12 TU 6-21-0204150-1- 90.
Drier No. 64B is injected into KO-991-4 lacquer with thorough mixing 12 hours before use at the rate of 6% of the base of the dessicant to the base of the lacquer.
Driers LC-1 or LC-12 introduced into the CO-991-4 varnish with vigorous stirring immediately before use rate of 5.2 g ZK-1 100 g of a varnish or 2.6 g ZK-12 100 g of a varnish. It is allowed to reduce the amount of the LCD-1 desiccant to 50% to improve the adhesion to the substrate.

APPLICATION:

Due to its high adhesive ability, the KO-991-4 lacquer is used for the production of electrically insulating mica-containing materials and glass-lacquer fabrics.

Note:

It is possible to use lacquer KO-991-4 without desiccants.
The storage time of the lacquer with the accelerator inserted must be determined by the user and provided with a technological instruction for the use of lacquer.
