Shoe plastic shoe
Materials made of plasticized PVC are increasingly used in the production of footwear. Excellent technological properties of plasticized PVC make it possible to make a wide range of shaped footwear from boots, boots, sports shoes, shoes with textile tops, as well as various details of shoes — soles, heels, heels, etc.
We offer PVC injection moldings of various rigidity: from semi-rigid to highly elastic and antistatic frost-resistant:

MATERIALS FOR TOP AND SHOE FOOTWEAR
Are made of highly plasticized PVC. The processing temperature for melt casting is 170 -180 degrees.
Designed for women’s, men’s, children’s boots and sports shoes.
They have good processability in processing, sufficient thermal stability, excellent melt flow and high elasticity of the finished product:
A good fluidity of the melt of the polymer composition can be molded by injection molding on injection molding machines of bootlegs with small thickness and any pattern;
High elasticity creates a feeling of comfort in the consumer shoes, tk. reduces foot fatigue when socked.
Shoes made of PVC plastic are as convenient as possible, practical, does not let moisture pass and is available in a wide range of colors.
WEAR-RESISTANT MATERIALS
The plastic for heels and shoe nails has sufficient firmness, holds the nail well, does not crack when driving a nail and wears out slowly during operation.
The plastic for durability is not inferior to capron.
MATERIALS FOR POROUS FOOTWEAR FOOTWEAR
These are light elastic waterproof materials with small closed pores filled with gas. It is obtained by adding to the PVC composition the substances having a boiling point much lower than the processing temperature of the plasticate, or by adding porophores: substances that decompose with the release of gaseous products during processing.
The cellular structure of the plastic material is formed during injection molding in an injection molding machine equipped with a special device and a sliding form.
The spongy sole makes shoes more lightweight, comfortable, noiseless when walking. The molding method of casting the sole allows you to produce beautiful, quality shoes, including on the «platform».
