TermoBent 460M
It is especial high-temperature plastic grease of a high quality on the basis of high-quality high-viscosity basic mineral oil, bentonite base and high-quality set of additives. High-dispersed molybdenum disulfide is introduced into the composition to increase the bearing capacity.

Description
The high-temperature TermoBent 460М grease demonstrates excellent technical characteristics and does not change its consistence at the operating temperature to +180ºС. A short-time heating to +200ºС is allowed at reduced periodicity of grease refilling in a work unit. It has the excellent adhesion to operating surfaces of friction units. Due to the special composition and special additives, the TermoBent 460М grease can operate in a weakly alkaline and acid medium.
The TermoBent 460М is applied for lubricating rolling bearings, sliding bearings and guides, operable at high temperatures, low speeds, critical and impact loads. The features of TermoBent 460М grease make it unchangeable for the equipment operation of iron and steel and glass industry, where friction units are heated during operation to critical temperatures. Due to the content of molybdenum disulfide, the grease ensures a long period between maintenances for sliding guides.
