Special high-temperature grease of high quality on the basis of synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) base oil of high viscosity, bentonite thickener and highly effective additive complex. Contains highly disperse molybdenum disulphide.

Operational properties

High-temperature grease TermoBent X 460M retains its properties at temperatures up to + 200 ° C. Short-term heating up to + 220 ° C is allowed with a reduced periodicity of replenishing the lubricant in the working unit. It is effective in contact with water and chemically aggressive substances. Thanks to the synthetic base oil has low volatility and long service life at high temperatures.

Application

TermoBent X 460M is mainly used for lubricating sliding pairs such as cams and guides, which are characterized by high specific pressures, shock loads, and long intervals between re-lubrications are also assumed. It is recommended for bearings of conveyors of thermal furnaces, operating under conditions of large temperature differences.

Environment

ARGO products under normal conditions of use and observance of personal hygiene rules do not pose a health hazard. The product is not flammable and non-toxic. Maximum preservation of performance is achieved when stored in a cool place in a tightly closed container. Avoid contamination of the environment, do not dispose of the product in sewerage or sewage. For disposal of used lubricants, consult certified organizations in the field.
