It is especial high-temperature synthetic plastic grease of a high quality on the basis of polyalphaolefin (PAO) basic oil of medium viscosity, bentonite base and high-efficiency set of additives.

Description

The high-temperature TermoBent X 100 grease demonstrates excellent technical characteristics and keeps its consistence at the temperature to +200ºС, a short-time heating to +220ºС is allowed. It ensures minimal starting and operating loads, contributes to the power saving. Due to the special composition and special additives, the TermoBent X 100 grease can operate in a weakly alkaline and acid medium. High mechanical stability allows the grease keeping its physical characteristics even under the intense effect of adverse external factors. The TermoBent X 100 ЕР1 grease additionally contains molybdenum disulfide.

The TermoBent X 100 is applied for lubricating rolling bearings, sliding bearings and other friction units of industrial equipment, operable at high temperatures and high speeds. The TermoBent X 100 ЕР2 is especially recommended for the application in bearings of electric motors, pumps and hot air fans, as well as in other friction units, which are heated during operation to critical temperatures. The TermoBent X 100 ЕР1 suits for application in centralized lubrication systems of different equipment at high temperatures and high specific loads.
