Termolit-3000 HD

High-quality multipurpose highly resistant plastic grease based on high-viscosity mineral oil and complex lithium thickener. TermoLit-3000HD contains a complex of highly effective additives that significantly increase the performance characteristics. The recipe for lubrication uses innovative technology SM-ART, which creates an effect of smoothing out small defects in the working surfaces and soft running-in of friction units during the operation of ARGO TermoLit-3000 HD lubricants.

Lubrication TermoLit-3000HD is operable in the temperature range from -20 to + 200 ° C. This product has a high mechanical stability, is resistant to water, provides a reliable protection of the mechanisms against corrosion throughout the entire period of operation. TermoLit-3000HD has an increased service life compared to conventional lithium greases, which significantly increases the service interval.

Application

TermoLit-3000HD grease is used to ensure trouble-free operation of large-dimension, high-loaded, low-speed rolling bearings. It is especially important to use in bearings operating at high temperatures. TermoLit-3000HD is short-term operable at temperatures up to 200 ° C. The product is successfully used in steelmaking and rolling equipment, as well as in equipment for the production of cement and refractories.

TermoLit-3000 HD EP1 is recommended for use in central lubrication systems of industrial equipment.

Environment

ARGO products under normal conditions of use and observance of personal hygiene rules do not pose a health hazard. The product is not flammable and non-toxic.
