TermoLub HD
It is a water-resistant high-temperature plastic grease on the basis of high-viscosity mineral oil, gelled by complex calcium soap for critically loaded equipment, which is operated under high temperatures and humidity. Molybdenum disulfide is introduced into the composition to increase its bearing capacity.
Working temperature -20..+160
Description
The TermoLub HD grease is operable within the temperature ranges of ‑20 to +160°С. In centralized lubrication systems, it is operable to 170°C. It withstands a short-time heating to +220°C. This product ensures reliable wear protection of surfaces to be lubricated at critical specific and impact loads. The grease is distinguished by high mechanical stability, is operable during a contact with water and under high humidity, has good pumping ability and corrosion protection of work parts.
It is designed to lubricate high-loaded low-speed rolling and sliding, open gears, haulers and ropes. It is recommended to lubricate units subject to high mechanical and thermal loads, humidity and corrosion, such as hub bearings of furnace capsules, bearings of rotary furnaces, cement, coal and ore mills, open units of digging machines, open rack bars and sliding supports, loaded units of hot sections of brick, ceramic and cement industries. Due to the good pumping ability, it can be used in centralized lubrication systems.
