VNII NP-293 grease
Lubrication VNIINP-293 is a soft ointment of gray color with a pink tinge. The composition is close to the lubricant VNIINP-274. It differs in that it is made on polymethylsiloxane liquid, which has the worst anti-wear, but the best low-temperature properties. Excellent frost resistance allows the use of grease at temperatures up to -80 ° C. Instrumental lubrication VNIINP-293 can be recommended only for lightly loaded bearings with a speed of up to 1000 rpm. When tested on a friction machine, NIIhashproma provides low wear and low friction coefficients for steels of ruby steel and brass steel. It is recommended for miniature rolling bearings of devices at temperatures up to 150 ° C and in high vacuum conditions.
The warranty period of storage in a lubricant container is 2 years. In fact, it can be stored much longer without deterioration.
